My name is Pierce Duncan and I am the creator of the Not Ur Average Fan blog. I am a huge sports fan who loves to watch, talk and write about numerous sports. With this blog I hope to bring a unique point of view of what’s going on in the sports world. A lot of sports blogs are written by people who have ties to the teams that they are writing about, with that some of them come off way to critical of the team or not critical enough. That’s where this blog is different, no ties to any teams, just pure unbiased opinion from a fan who looks at the game a little deeper then most.
